DELIVERY INFORMATION

All our orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 9-5 pm. Please allow 24-48h for all the order from Spain & the rest of Spain and the International orders will take 7-10 working days. (Only for the orders that are not customized by the customer)

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

 

RETURNS

Instructions for the exchange or refund of non-personalized products:

For Spain returns, all exchange will need to be returned within 7 working days from the date of purchase, and must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. (We will not accept returns or exchanges of purchased items that do not meet these conditions)

 

International order must be returned to us within 21 days of delivery and must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. 

  1. Fill out the Return Form enclosed with your order. There is no need to email us for an RA number.
  2. Send your item/s, along with packaging and the Return Form to:

  1. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange and send you email confirmation. Please note, we do not cover return shipping costs.

* It is possible to return or exchange your purchased item(s) in person at our store in Barcelona.

HelsBCN is limited edition swimwear and for this reason we cannot guarantee sizes will be available when exchanging. If the size or style you want is not available you will be given a full refund. HelsBCN does not cover customs duties or charges, which may apply depending on your country. 

All of our styles are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that swimwear is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund.
